VACATIONS
All regular, full-time employees who have been employed continuously for:
- 1 year = 40 hours paid vacation
- 2 years = 80 hours paid vacation
- 5 years = 120 hours paid vacation
- 15 years = 160 hours paid vacation
401K PROFIT SHARING PLAN
Historically, company contributions equal 50% of a participant’s contributed funds up to 4%, for a maximum company contribution of 2%.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have completed one full year of employment
- Must have worked a minimum of 1000 hours
COMMISSIONS
Earn extra money on a monthly basis. All in-store employees are eligible for monthly commissions. These commissions are based on maintaining acceptable levels of inventory and cash shortages.
ACHIEVEMENT OF EXCELLENCE
This is an incentive program developed as a way to recognize and reward the achievement of excellence in job performance of individual employees in an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation. This program makes it possible for every store (team) to be rewarded and recognized every month, provided they meet the minimum criteria for the “Achievement of Excellence”. This bonus is paid in addition to the monthly commission.
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM
All full-time and part-time (minimum 24 hours per week) employees are eligible for reimbursement of college tuition costs if you meet the following criteria:
- Must be employed for 3 months prior to enrollment
- Each course must be completed with at least a “C” average
- Full-time employees get 100% reimbursement
- Part-time employees (24 to 35 hours per week) get 50% reimbursement
- Reimbursement is based upon tuition at the state sponsored college in the area or the accredited college attended, whichever is lower
- Colleges must be accredited and must be approved by Jacksons
REFERRALS
Any current employee who refers a new employee who maintains employment for a minimum of 6 months will receive a $200 referral bonus. Also, an extra $200 bonus will be paid to the referring employee if the new employee maintains employment for 1 year.
