TRAINING LIKE NO OTHER!
Jacksons is committed to the success of our employees, so much so, that we have established a comprehensive training program and built a state-of-the-art Learning Center that allows our trainees to experience what a real store environment is like without the pressure of serving a real customer. Our goal is to give our employees the tools necessary to enable them to learn, grow and provide the best customer service experience possible.
NEW EMPLOYEE TRAINING
- You will experience a 90-day introductory period
- All new hires will receive 3 days of classroom training
- In addition, you will spend a minimum of 30 hours of training at store level
- You will receive additional specialized training periodically
MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER TRAINING
- Advancement opportunities exist for any sales associate with the desire to move up to an Assistant Manager position or for an Assistant Manager to move to Store Manager.
- Prior to a promotion, you will spend 40 hours with a Training Manager and complete management classes including interviewing, loss prevention, human resource issues, etc.
